Quick Start
During the starting countdown, hold R when the word "Go" appears.

UK Race Shortcut
First go througth the race at the end when you come to a ramp the is pointing to the big clock you launch off then do a boggie drill. You should break right through the clock, this will take you to first place [unless your way behind].
